Load Trail’s Story
In 1996, Load Trail was founded as a small family-owned and operated business. They set out to build a trailer with a new standard of quality that would change the trailer industry. Though the first shop and manufacturing facility spanned just a few acres, Load Trail’s facilities now span over 100 acres across Northeast Texas.

Load Trail and Load Max
Previously, Load Trail and Load Max trailers were both available for purchase under different names. Despite the fact that these were both made by Load Trail. In an effort to help with recognition, the manufacturer now produces all trailers under the Load Trail name.
Customers may still see the MAX name on Load Trail trailers. Now, this refers to premium options for their trailers. Similar to the original Load Max brand, MAX trailers are built with heavy-duty work in mind. MAX trailers from Load Trail are made to help you get the toughest jobs done!
The Load Trail Difference
232 Warranty Protection
Load Trail’s 232 Protected warranty is one of the best in the trailer industry. The 232 represents a two-year comprehensive warranty, a three-year structural warranty and a two-year roadside reimbursement.
The two-year comprehensive coverage includes protection for manufacturing defects on every part of your trailer. Load Trail’s three-year structural warranty means that trailers, if used according to guidelines, is guaranteed to be structurally free from manufacturing defects for three years. And the final two-year roadside reimbursement promises that you’ll never be stranded with your trailer, and the roadside assistance will cover your tow vehicle as well! In the US and Canada, this reimbursement program covers your trailer and tow vehicle two years from the purchase of your trailer.
Benefits included in this warranty are as follows towing/road service reimbursement, flat tire changes, vehicle fluid delivery, jump starts and lock-out service. It covers business and personal use both on and off-road. This protection plan is included on every new purchase at no additional cost, so you can be confident in your decision to purchase Load Trail trailers.
Powder Coat Protection
All Load Trail trailers are completed with a coating of Sherwin Williams Powdura OneCure. This is a single-cure primer and topcoat powder that each trailer is protected with. Powder coat features include enhanced corrosion resistance, better edge coverage, weld protection, improved chemical resistance, added weatherability and excellent color retention. This efficient process creates heartier trailers and is better for the environment than traditional trailer coating and treatment. Load Trail was awarded a Green Manufacturing Award in 2015 for the powder coating pretreatment process!
